GETTING IN
There are 6 parking places right in front of the building just for you (one in front of each garage door) and there is also plenty of public parking around the building as well. Please do not arrive before your scheduled time (others may be using the space) and please try and leave when you're supposed to as others will be coming in.
The code to the door is 9999 (then press the lock button.)
Make sure it beeps every time you press a button and press the center lock button after you press 9999.
Occasionally, the lock will get jammed and you may have to wiggle the door back and forth when you enter the code.
Please lock up when you leave by pressing the lock button one time, then just confirm the door is locked and you are good to go.
Please be aware that there are security cameras in every room except the bathroom. It is your responsibility to tell your clients about the cameras.
PLEASE TAKE CARE OF ATELIER
This is a reminder that you will AUTOMATICALLY be charged $50 to the card on file if you do not leave the studio clean and neat. If something is not right when you arrive, please let us know!
1) You are welcome to move things but, you must return all of the furniture, plants, and decor to the spot it belongs. Please do not disassemble anything or remove anything from the building. Please do not place any furniture outside.
2) Please make sure all trash makes it into the trash can (including glitter and confetti!) If you are serving food, please take out trash bags with food in them and place them into the trashcans outside the front of the building.
3) Accidents happen! We get it.
If something breaks or a backdrop gets a tear, please let us know! We need to make sure we can get in there and fix whatever it is before the next person comes in.
4) Reminder. You are renting a self-serve building for only the amount of time you paid for. If you are hosting an event, please make sure rented enough time to setup and tear down. The building is rented AS IS. We can not remove furniture or decor for your event. We will not be there to assist with moving anything so please be careful. Do not drag furniture (especially tables) you MUST pick them up and set them down, do not drag.

We provide coffee for you and your clients! Grab a mug, the jar of water and a K-cup and enjoy :)

MUSIC
We have provided an Amazon Alexa for music.
It is on a shelf behind the pallet wall. Just say “Alexa, play ______” and name a favorite artist or genera.
THIS & THAT
Here are a few little things we think you might want to know :)
-String lights are plugged in to a little white plug on the back side of the pallet wall. Look beside the big white doors, half way up the wall.
-Push the big white doors to open them (don’t pull!)
-The broom is behind the bathroom door
-Do not enter the storage rooms
-If you’re having a gathering / serving food, please put all trash bags in the big trashcan outside and replace the trash bags.

PAPER BACKDROPS
Our backdrops are now MOBILE!
Our paper backdrops make it possible to get a whole bunch of looks all in one space! If you are having people stand on the paper, they can stand on the “dirty” part towards the bottom (the bottom 6’.) Do not roll up or fold the backdrops on the floor. Do not cut the backdrops. Please be nice to our backdrops :)
If you arrive and any of the backdrops are torn, please let us know. If you tear a backdrop please let us know. If you damage a backdrop, you will be charged $100 to the card on file.
We have mobile stands near the backdrops that you can setup and use anywhere in the studio!
